Felicia Ezell-Goodner, APRN-CNP
Meet our Nurse Practitioner Felicia. Felicia was born and raised in Oklahoma. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She began her career as a surgical nurse, in which she worked for 13 years at various hospitals and outpatient surgery centers before deciding to switch to private practice nursing in obstetrics and gynecology. As a clinic nurse, she found a passion for educating patients on disease prevention and lifestyle changes. Her goal was to empower patients and encourage them to actively get involved in their health care so that they can make an educated decision. Felicia felt compelled to become a nurse practitioner, which led her to earn her Master’s of Nursing degree from the University of Cincinnati.
Felicia has been working as a nurse practitioner, specializing in hormone imbalances since 2016. Quickly after starting her career as a nurse practitioner she identified sexual health as a part of health care that is continually overlooked, unaddressed and untreated. “Sex is a difficult subject to discuss for most people, but it needs to be addressed”. Felicia, aka “the therapist” has always had the ability to make others feel comfortable about discussing even the most difficult subject matter. She is certified in women’s sexual health by the International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health (ISSWSH) and has advanced training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement from the Academy of Preventative and Innovative Medicine. Her combined experience, knowledge, communication skills and passion to care for others makes her a great asset to our practice.
Felicia is a member of the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, the Oklahoma Nurse Association, and maintains National and State certification. She is very active in her community. Currently lives in Oklahoma City with her husband, daughter, son, and three dogs. She loves family time, traveling, attending OU football and OKC Thunder games, concerts, dancing, catching up with friends, and exploring outdoors.
She is accepting new patients for women’s health issues including annual exams, hormone evaluations, weight loss consultations, thyroid management, and vitamin deficiency. Felicia is also extensively trained and experienced with lasers and injectable aesthetics such as Fillers, Toxins, and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
